Holly, the biggest fact of life that you need to realize is that g-d is responsible for EVERYTHING - people winning awards (Grammys, Oscars, etc), recovering from horrific accidents/illnesses - everything.

So last weekend the parents of a friends of mine were in a car accident. It was pretty rough and they are both still in the hospital. He keeps asking people to pray for them, which I understand.
